TG Series - Part 5 Update

*Update July 27, 2008:

1) Fixed ratings stars. They were a little off kilter.
2) Doubled amount of frames for animation.
3) Optimized animation frames. Skin now has much smaller file size! (10mb instead of 30mb)
4) Included fonts for those few who may not have them.
5) Problem with skin.ini file fixed.
