I went back to college and have been working on a degree.  You know, the whole "skills to pay the bills" thing.  Needless to say I got sidetracked.

CAD has really grown. Carlos and Otisbee have been busy, I see.  At some point I'd like to start skinning again.  It's such an easy and fun application to work with that it's hard not to feel inspired.  Perhaps when I get some free time I can indulge again.

Well, RL has taken priority over my finishing Part 6 lately.  It's still about half done. I hope to get back to it soon. ;)

*Update July 27, 2008:

There was a problem with the skin.ini file for this update. I have fixed it and we should now be good to go.

1) Fixed ratings stars. They were a little off kilter.
2) Doubled amount of frames for animation.
3) Optimized animation frames. Skin now has much smaller file size! (10mb)
4) Included fonts for those few who may not have them.

Well, parts 2, 3, and 4 are finally done. Phew.

Part 2 is rather gawdy, but those were gawdy times. Insired by the Beatles, of course. Everything was psychodelic back then. Flower Power and all that.  Bright colors to offset the dismal atmosphere of war.

Part 3 not everyone may agree with. I always pictured angels as being soft to look at but tough. Sarah Brightman's song "Deliver me" inspired this one.

Part 4 I actually made quite a while back. I listen to alot of New Age and Celtic music and wanted a peaceful place for the music. The group Enigma probably inspired this one the most, along with Enya, of course.

Some will like them, some won't. But I am happy to share them.

Well, parts 2, 3, and 4 are done. Phew.

Part 2 is rather gawdy. lol but the 60/70s were a gawdy time. Inspired by the Beatles, of course. Everything was psychodelic then. Flower Power and all that. Maybe the colors were so bright to offset the dismal atmosphere of the VN war.

Part 3 everyone may not agree with, but I always pictured angels as being tough.  Soft to look at, but you wouldn't want to mess with them.  Sarah Brightman inspired this one.

Part 4 I actually started quite a while back. I listen to alot of celtic and new age music and I have to say the group Enigma probably inspired this scene the most.

Some will like them, some won't. But I am happy to share them.
